Refunds

FUTGENIE coins in a given customer's account is open to a full refund on the strict condition that the account the coins are on has not opened a pack. If the account has opened one pack or more the account relinquishes any rights to a refund.

FUTGENIE Coin refunds will not be given on pack purchases.
